We are also a tourists so we offer our studio in prices, which we'd also like to pay, when visiting other counties. The price per night varies between €55 - €110 depending on the season.
Flexible Check-In
Check-In is possible anytime after 16:00 there is no hourly limit until when you need to check-in (it works also in the night). Early check-in may be possible after prior arrangement.

Free Cancellation
Cancellation is easy and free! The payment should be completed until the first day of your reservation. And no extra down payments are needed. In case of change of plans we kindly ask you to inform us about it. Thanks!

When and how do I pay for my reservation?
The payment must be executed before the arrival. We recommend sending the money in the month of arrival. We don't ask you about any deposit. To executed the payment, please follow the instruction in reservation confirmation send via e-mail.
Do I have to pay extra fees?
No, we want to be clear to our guests and the shown price is a final price - everything, what described, is included in the price.
Can I change my reservation?
Yes, but it is a subject to availability. The new chosen time slot can be offered if it is not booked by any other guests.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Please contact us in one of the following way shown in the bottom of our page, the information should consist names of the person who booked and reserved dates, so that we can prosess your cancellation easily.
If I cancel, will I get a full refund?
We require the payment directly before your arrival, so if you decide to cancel you most probably haven't paid already. In case you paid, we'll transfer the money back to the account from which you paid within 3 working days. After you paid and checked-in already, it is not cancellable, you can freely shorten your stay but it is not a subject to refund.
What happens if something will be damaged?
Good question. First of all - don't be scared. How they say: s**t happens and we know that, but we don't want to find broken glasses under the bed - we guess you know why. Therefore, do not hesitate to report anything happens even if it was your fault - we won't judge.
Of course, significant acts of vandalism won't be tolerated. We can imagine many awful things: breaking windows starting the fire etc. In such cases the bill will be send to you and most probably local authorities will be involved too, so please don't do it.
When hot-tub is available and what is not allowed?
Hot-tub is available from 1st of June till end of September. You can easily acces it from our private patio. Please follow the rules of using hot-tub, don't bring any sharp items, f.e. knife, glas. Dogs or any other pets are not allowed in the hot-tub.
